These terms govern your use of The Ultimate Professionals' website and services. By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms.
Quotes provided by phone, email, or via our website are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted following an on-site assessment. We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance where possible.
Our bond back guarantee covers the quality of our cleaning work. If your property manager identifies a cleaning issue directly related to our service within a reasonable period after the clean, we will return and rectify it at no extra cost. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to cleaning.
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, so we can offer the time slot to another customer.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or quote.
This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, The Ultimate Professionals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, beyond our control as a reasonable service provider.
